1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact our support team immediately.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
2. Refunds
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
3. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 7 days of delivery.
- Some items such as custom hardware or accessories may not be eligible for return (clearly marked on the product page).
